Senior Fullstack Developer

Metaquor is looking for an experienced developer to build scalable backend systems, AI-powered products, and modern web applications. This is a full-time remote role for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems and shipping quality software.

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in AI-related product development. The ideal candidate should be capable of building robust backend systems, integrating AI models/APIs, and contributing to the end-to-end development of intelligent software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python-based applications
- Build and optimize backend systems for AI-powered products
- Integrate AI/ML models, APIs, and third-party services into products and workflows
- Develop REST APIs, automation scripts, and web-based system integrations
- Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Write clean, maintainable code
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance
- Participate in architecture decisions and technical planning
- Stay up to date with emerging AI, Python, and software engineering trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong professional experience with Python development
- Proven experience building AI-related products or working with AI integrations
- Solid knowledge of backend FastAPI.
- Experience with REST API development and third-party API integration
- Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis
- Good understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalable application development
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote full-time environment
- Good communication skills in English
Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LLM-based applications, prompt workflows, or AI agent systems
- Familiarity with libraries/frameworks such as OpenAI API, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
- Experience with automation tools, web scraping, or browser automation
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with task queues, async systems, and performance optimization

Salary
